Which login method should I use?
If you have a university email address (ending in .edu.au), use the AAF login. If you created your account directly on our website, use the website login.
I forgot my password for the website login
Contact your institution's IT support if you're using AAF login. For website login, contact our support team for password reset assistance.
I'm having trouble with AAF login
Make sure you're using your institutional credentials. If problems persist, contact your institution's IT support team.
What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
If you have 2FA enabled, you'll need to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after entering your password.
Can I switch between login methods?
Your account is tied to the login method you used to create it. You cannot switch between AAF and website login for the same account.
