Beate is a Senior Lecturer in WIL in the Transdisciplinary School at UTS. She holds a PhD in Intercultural Competence Development from Macquarie Uni. Beate support students and colleague through quality WIL practices in HE. Her research interests are in the areas of Higher Education Learning and Teaching, WIL and Teaching for Employability, as well as Learning Abroad and Intercultural Communication.
