Dimi Lattas is a social work academic, researcher, and practitioner with a strong commitment to forensic social work education and training. She works at the University of the Sunshine Coast and is best known for her work on global forensic social work education. In 2024, she was named Australian Social Work Researcher of the Year and has received four awards for her work in simulation-based learning. She was the 2025-26 Fulbright Scholar hosted at the University of Tennessee.
