Dr Elena Balcaite is a Senior Lecturer (Experiential Learning) and Curriculum Designer in the Arts Teaching Innovation team, Faculty of Arts, University of Melbourne. Elena specialises in experiential, work-integrated and active learning pedagogies. In both her teaching and curriculum design, Elena is focused on creating learning experiences that cultivate self-awareness and support students in realising diverse future aspirations.
