I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Centre for Inclusive Education at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), working on an Autism CRC-funded project to develop national guidance for inclusive education for autistic students. I also teach Social Research and Program Evaluation at Edith Cowan University (ECU) and serve as Co-Journal Manager for the Journal of Teaching and Learning for Graduate Employability. My current research interests include inclusive education, pedagogical practice, higher education, relational employability, career development learning, work-integrated learning and evaluation.
As an autistic person with ADHD, I bring lived experience and over a decade of expertise in education, evaluation and applied research, specialising in mixed methods and qualitative approaches. I hold a PhD in Higher Education Research, Evaluation and Enhancement from Lancaster University, and a Master of Teaching (by Research), Postgraduate Diploma of Teaching (Secondary) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
