Dr Kanchana Wijayawardena is from the management discipline, with teaching experience in management, leadership, and organisational behaviour, as well as coordinating and tutoring Business Capstone students. Kanchana’s research interests focus on diversity and inclusion in organisations, and also include inclusive teaching pedagogies and experiential learning approaches.
