Associate Professor Roula Kyriacou is the Associate Dean, Clinical and Professional Education, in the School of Health & Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University. She leads innovation in work-integrated learning and placement preparedness, enhancing student engagement and workforce readiness across health and biomedical disciplines. A national award-winning educator and Senior Fellow of Advance HE (UK), Roula drives initiatives that strengthen partnerships between academia and industry, build educator capability, and support students and supervisors in an evolving and disrupted workforce. Her work reflects a strong commitment to student-centred excellence and collaborative professional development.
