Shufen Lin is a highly accomplished professional with extensive management experience in leading teams and supporting students throughout their life cycle at university. Through proactive communication and the strategic alignment of interests, Shufen consistently fosters strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while advancing project goals effectively. Since taking on her current role as the Work Integrated Learning Manager in Faculty of Health at Deakin University, Shufen has successfully led the development and implementation of Pre-Placement Modules, a host on-boarding and training site, Health Career Mentoring program and Health Warrnambool Study Tour. These initiatives enhanced the experience of students, hosts and staff, and greatly improved students’ graduate employability.
