Using a benefits realisation approach to co-design mutually beneficial placements involving international students

Research Grant 2023

Project Lead: Joe Malibiran

This research project aimed to create placements that yield mutually beneficial outcomes for international students and host organisations. This was achieved by developing, testing, and evaluating a framework for co-designing placements in order to significantly uplift international student placement experiences. This framework novelly utilises the principles and practices of Benefits Realisation Management (BRM).
