Use findings from our Good WIL Practice Guide to inform your curriculum design. For example, research on innovative WIL models can help you move beyond traditional placements to incorporate approaches like online projects or hackathons.
Use your own WIL programs as a site for action research. By systematically collecting data and reflecting on your practice, you can make evidence-based improvements to the student experience and contribute to the broader knowledge base.
We encourage you to share your innovative teaching practices and research findings. Presenting at a one of our webinars, Research Conversations”, or conference sessions. Additionally, consider publishing in a journal such as the International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning.

A structured template for measuring the impact of Work-Integrated Learning programs, supporting evaluation and continuous improvement.
